After the great success and turnout achieved by the two previous workshops of the Volunteers Anchor Of Canada organization in the Libyan capital, Tripoli.
Mrs. Noha Moussa, the presenter of the workshop, decided to add one last workshop before ending her visit in Libya.
The Office of the High Commissioner for Civil Society in Yfren, under the supervision of Mrs. Waheeda Al-Hashan, organized another workshop targeting a group of the most prominent personalities in the city of Yefren, in order to enhance the importance of their role as community leaders and to be very keen on educating them and increasing their skills.
In order for them to know and distinguish the dialogue that may lead to arguments and problems in the work environment. In addition to learning strategies to resolve any conflict and acquiring communication skills.
The workshop, which was centered on mastering dialogue, was held in the city of Yfren in the municipal hall, and included a lunch break in which the attendees expressed their happiness at attending and participating.
In conclusion, the VAC organization presented certificates of thanks for attending and participating.
