The Volunteers Anchor Of Canada Organization in the Libyan capital, Tripoli, presented its first work under the supervision of the Civil Society Commission, a workshop entitled Crucial Conversations For Mastering Dialogue.
We believe that people must value themselves and work on their identities before they start building a society to establish a healthy environment, and that is through mastering the art of dialogue which will help the development of institutions and individuals.
This workshop was held at the Akakus Hotel in Tripoli and targeted the organization of managers and leaders in the Libyan society.
Due to their effective role. This workshop included a lunch break, during which the attendees exchanged the importance of dialogue and the importance of participating in such activities.
The attendees emphasized the application of what they learned in this workshop and the spread of awareness, each in their field of work.
